Shift Schedule

• Festus (Senior Operator) supervises both extrusion lines for the full 12h shift, Mon–Fri.

• Junior Operators rotate in pairs: Team 1 (Joel & Jeff) and Team 2 (William & Float) alternate between Extrusion and Cutting daily.

• The Cutting float operator assists packing when cutting workload is light.

• 3 positions to hire: 2 Packers + 1 Bagger (10h shifts, 07:00–17:00).

• All staff share a common break 13:00–14:00.

• Schedule is designed for future expansion to 24h operations (add a night shift mirror).
